Oak Kickboards and Siding - Choice of 3/4 " plywood, 1x8 oakboards, or 2x6 pineboards
Door Plans - No door is included
Foundation - Built on 6x6 wood skids. Steel tow hook instructions included
Floor - Optional existing ground or poured concrete slab
Wall Framing - Post walls are 4x4
Wall Height - Entry header- 9' -9", Front Wall 10' -6 1/2", Rear shed wall height 8' -7"
Window - None included. Easily added to any wall if desired
Siding - Battens are 1x2, and boards are 1x10
Roof - Template included. Framed using 2x4's for the rafters and sheeted with 1/2" OSB
Roof Pitch and Overhang- 2/12 pitch. 2" overhang on sides, 18" on front and 6" on the back.
Roofing Materials - Corrugated metal roofing or asphalt shingles
Trim - Roof Eves and Facia are 1x4 and 1x6
Engineering - All design loads are drawn "typical". Specific modifications for local wind, soil conditions etc are made through a local engineer. Often required by the building dept.
