Wall Framing - Posts are 4x4
Wall Height - Higher wall hits at just over 8' 6" and lower height is 7' 7", Rear 8' 7"
Window - None included. Easily added to any wall if desired
Siding - Battens are 1x2, and boards are 1x10
Roof - Template included. Framed using 2x4's for the rafters and sheeted with 1/2" OSB
Roof Pitch and Overhang- 4/12 pitch. 2" overhang on sides, 18" on front and 6" on the back.
Roofing Materials - Corrugated metal roofing or asphalt shingles
Trim - Roof Eves and Facia are 1x4 and 1x6
Tow Hooks - 1/4" x 2" x 24" tow hooks and corner braces
Engineering - All design loads are drawn "typical". Specific modifications for local wind, soil conditions etc are made through a local engineer. Often required by the building dept.
